Terms of Service

• You must be an authorized user from an approved company domain or Microsoft Teams tenant
• You must have valid Google Workspace™ or Microsoft Teams™ credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old or have organizational authorization
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• One account per user; sharing accounts is prohibited

For Google Workspace™ users:

• Email address and company domain
• Temporary OAuth authentication tokens

For Microsoft Teams™ users:

• Display name, email address, and tenant information
• Azure Active Directory Object ID
• Company name and tenant ID

• OpenAI API keys (encrypted)
• Assistant IDs and Vector Store IDs
• Group assignments and user roles
• Thread IDs for conversation continuity

• Availability: We provide this service "as-is" without guarantees of uptime or performance
• Support Response: 1 business day for first response to support inquiries
• Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible
• Data Processing: User conversations are processed through OpenAI's API in real-time

• Free Trial: New organizations receive a 14-day trial period with 10 seats
• Trial Access: Full service access during trial with no usage limits
• Billing: After trial, subscription is $5/seat/month with 20 seat minimum ($100/month)
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time

• Illegal activities or violation of applicable laws
• Harassment, abuse, or harmful content generation
• Reverse engineering or attempting to access our source code
• Circumventing security measures or access controls
• Spamming or automated abuse of the service
• Sharing or distributing malicious content
• Violating OpenAI's usage policies

• OpenAI (Critical Dependency): All AI processing is performed through OpenAI's Assistants API. Our service cannot function without access to OpenAI's API. Any downtime, rate limits, policy changes, or service interruptions from OpenAI will directly affect our service availability
• Google Workspace™: Required for authentication and Google Chat integration. Google service issues may prevent login or chat functionality
• Microsoft Teams™: Required for authentication and Teams integration. Microsoft service issues may prevent login or chat functionality
• Hetzner: Cloud hosting infrastructure provider. Server or network issues may affect service availability

Important: Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for:

• Third-party service outages, downtime, or performance issues
• Changes to third-party API terms, pricing, or availability
• Data processing or privacy practices of third-party services (see our Privacy Policy for details)
• Errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content generated by third-party AI services

• Our IP: ChatGridAI retains all rights to our software, platform, trademarks, and service marks
• Your Input Content: You retain full ownership of all data, documents, questions, and prompts you provide to the service
• AI-Generated Output: You retain ownership of all AI-generated responses and content produced by the service. ChatGridAI claims no ownership rights to AI outputs
• Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for how you use, verify, and act upon AI-generated content. We do not guarantee accuracy or fitness for any purpose
• License to Us: You grant us a limited license to process your input through our service and third-party APIs (OpenAI) solely to provide the service to you
• License to You: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our service according to these Terms

• All communication is secured over HTTPS/TLS encryption
• We do not store message content permanently
• We do not share your data with third parties for marketing
• Access is restricted to authorized domains and tenants only
• API keys are stored encrypted in our database
• See our Privacy Policy for complete data handling details

• Your access will be immediately revoked
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days
• No refunds for prepaid periods

• Violation of these terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Suspicious or harmful activity
• Legal compliance requirements

• Your use or misuse of our service
• Violation of these terms or applicable laws
• Content you provide or generate through our service
• Infringement of third-party rights

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia and the European Union
• Jurisdiction: Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Latvia
• EU Rights: EU consumer protection laws apply where applicable
• Alternative Dispute Resolution: We encourage good faith resolution before litigation

• Changes in our service or features
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Industry best practices

Notification Process:

• We will notify you of material changes by email to your registered account address
• Changes will take effect 30 days after notification is sent
• For minor changes (typos, clarifications, non-material updates), changes may take effect immediately
• We will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document

Your Options: If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the service before the changes take effect. Continued use after the 30-day notice period indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
