How do I manage team members and permissions?

Team management is easy:

  • Admin Role: Full access to configuration and user management
  • User Role: Can use the assistant but not change settings

  • Domain-based: Only users from your organization can access

What happens if I exceed my OpenAI usage limits?

OpenAI usage is managed directly through your OpenAI account:

  • ChatGridAI uses your OpenAI API key
  • All usage appears in your OpenAI billing
  • If you hit OpenAI limits, the assistant will temporarily stop responding
  • Increase your OpenAI limits or wait for the reset period

Monitor your usage in the OpenAI dashboard.
